

张月,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,河南科技学院食品工程教研室副主任,硕博连读毕业于华南理工大学,主要从事碳水化合物、粮油深加工产品开发及品质控制、生物制药等方面的研究工作,担任河南省有米有面食品公司科技副总。
主持或参与国家级、省部级科研项目7项,其中主持2024年河南省科技研发计划联合基金重大项目子课题1项、主持2026年河南省科技研发计划联合基金(学科类)项目1项、主持资助2023年与2026年河南省科技攻关课题2项、主持2023年河南科技学院高层次人才引育项目1项。获得河南省科学技术进步三等奖1项(R03/07)、河南省教育厅科技成果二等奖1项(R04/15)。在学术期刊上以第一或通讯作者发表SCI一区收录论文12篇。副主编河南省第二批普通高等教育“十四五”规划教材1部。
